Old Post, Still Interesting: Kids Choice Awards Impacts Youth

This is an interesting article that was a common news hype during the Kids' Choice Awards of how the younger role models impact today's youth.  Kids seem to be accomplishing so much more, earlier in their lives because of the tools they have access to these days.  It specifically mentions one example, Ben, a 14 year old boy from Farmington who has published two books and sold over 700 copies.  Many of these authors, musicians or actors have not had the one in a million 'picked out of the crowd' type of lucky discovery, but instead were just reared by their parents.  In Ben's case, his parents have almost spent 1k just to publish his books.
