'Smash' is Looking Good

The ratings the past couple weeks for NBC's Smash have started to increase with a consistent season average of 2.8 in the demo and around 8 million viewers. According to this site Smash is acing it in the demo charts and has an A ++ demo grade. While the show has yet to be cancelled or renewed, the odds are in their favor.

'Work It' Didn't Work. The World Collectively Gasps Sarcastically.

The cancellation of ABC's "Work It" (2012-2012) even managed to surprise me, as I expected it to at least make it to three episodes before America grew tired of the cross-dressing premise meant only for British people and Tyler Perry fans, but two was all we got in the end. ABC has removed the show from their schedule, and will start airing "Last Man Standing" re-runs in its place.

I'm sure this will serve as news for no one, but for me this information was encouraging. It goes to show that even in the Post-Whitney era of network television comedies, we're nowhere near rock bottom.

I guess in the end they had to...

Work it harder. Make it better.

Thank you for that.
