At first glance, the Kid's Choice Awards are about nominating the favorite celebrities of the moment and covering them in slime. This article sheds some light on the big business side of the award show and Nickelodeon itself. It talks about how kids ages 2-7 are the new target audience for Disney, Nickelodeon, PBS, and others.
