What's the Consensus on Are You There, Chelsea?

Hollywoodreporter.com made a collection of what several major websites are saying in their reviews of 'Are You There, Chelsea?' which premiered last night. The general consensus, at least among the critics, is that Chelsea is a show that has potential but is flawed. One issue that seems to keep popping up in reviews is that the humor is somewhat tasteless and trashy. Would the show have been better represented on a cable network, such as the success that FX has had with It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia's trademark tastelessness? Or is this complaint about Chelsea just due to not being as funny?
