"Flying People" spotted over New York City to promote Chronicle

In an effort to promote the upcoming supernatural film Chronicle, 20th Century Fox used a viral marketing campaign that involved remote controlled airplanes that looked like people fly around New York City. Michael Kirivicka from the viral marketing agency behind the campaign explains "Since the three main characters of the movie have the ability to fly, we came up with the idea of staging a few 'flying people' sightings around NYC. We achieved that illusion by having 3 custom-made aircraft (which were shaped like human beings) fly above designated areas in NYC and NJ." I thought that the video was pretty cool and I can only imagine what unsuspecting New Yorkers must have thought.
